The Fuckery Begins

I can't say I'm amazed. Nor am I saying this is how the next four years will be. But the fuckery has begun already! Less then a week from Obama's Presidency. My question is this...they granted the Bush Administration 700 billion to fix the economy right? Right. Half of that was reserved for the Obama Administration right? Right. The majority voted for Obama, in part, so he could lead us through the current economic crisis right? Right. So why all of sudden are Senators -- after already voting and granting the bailout money - vowing to block Obama's access to the money.

Interesting right? I'm just saying.

REAL LATE "NoiseMakers" Recap

So I haven't blogged about the ill event I put together with Peter Rosenberg back on 12/11/08. It's called "NoiseMakers with Peter Rosenberg" and it's our monthly live interview series at 92YTribeca in NYC. Think "Inside The Actor's Studio"...now add Hip-Hop. Our first guest was DJ Premier, had DJ Quiz and Rob Swift on the 1's and 2's, Igmar Thomas and The Cypher was the house band doing killer renditions of Premo's greatest hits and it was packed even tho there was a blizzard outside.

It was ill to see your idea and hard work turn into an ill event. Shout to 88 Keys, Asher Roth, Young Sav, Eskay and others for weathering the storm (literally). Below are some before/during/after pics from the event...

Tiara's blog # 1: New Years Announcement

Happy New Year! I'm back off of hiatus. A lot of great things have been going down since I last blogged and 09 should be a good one. To start here's the first installment in Tiara Wiles' new video blog series. She's announcing her plan to leak a new record every week.
