A couple hours ago Foxy Brown was denied an early release from prison. Her lawyers made a motion for release from Riker's Island in New York so she could travel to an L.A. clinic for treatment on her ear condition which they claim has worsened since her incarceration.
Her denial was based on the Prosecutor's argument that the treatment she needs can be gotten in New York and that furthermore, inmates do not have the right to choose their physicians.
For Foxy's sake I hope this was just a ploy to get out early and not truly due to her ear condition because it would be sad if her ears worsen to the point where she's deaf or can't do music and make a livelihood after her release...
Between Foxy, Kim, Weezy, C-Murder, Yung Joc, Yung Berg, T.I., The Game, Snoop, Beanie...I mean damn.
